Job search process

The Human Resource Development Division of Educational Network Inc. with its E-Staff Tokyo Branch Office (covering eastern Japan), and E-Staff Osaka Branch Office (covering western Japan), is responsible for dispatching/introducing teachers to private schools throughout Japan.

  1. STEP 01Contact us / Send us your resume

If you wish to receive employment opportunities, please contact us and send your resume.

  2. STEP 02Registration interview

We will conduct individual interviews at the time of registration. We will ask details about your experience, skills, and desired conditions.

    Q) How long do applicants have to wait for an interview?
    A) Interviews are typically conducted within two weeks of registration. During the interview, we always endeavor to get a clear understanding of each candidate’s skills and requirements. Interviews generally last around one hour.
  3. STEP 03Introduction of positions

Dispatch: We will dispatch you to organizations such as private schools, cram schools, or prep schools. The institution will provide you with work instructions, and we will provide you with your salary.

Introduction: You will be directly employed by the institution.
Referral fees will be covered by your new employer, so you do not have to incur any personal expense.

Employment placement: You and the institution enter into a mutually agreed-upon employment agreement after a period of dispatched work as a trial period.

  4. STEP 04Job application

In the event that E-Staff contacts you about a position, and you respond by expressing your desire to apply, you will then advance to the selection phase.

  5. STEP 05Selection & Interview

For Dispatch-type placements: The interview will be conducted at our offices. We may also conduct a written exam or trial lesson in order to confirm whether the job details and requirements are a match.

For Introduction-type placements: There will be an employment test and job interview—both of which will be conducted by your potential employer (you are responsible for all interview-related expenses, such as transportation). We will then notify you of the results ta a later time.

  6. STEP 06Successful employment

For Dispatch-type placements: You and the institution will discuss work arrangements (a member of our staff will take part in these discussions). We will work with the institution to create an employment agreement based on the result of those discussions.

For Introduction-type placements: You will engage with the institution directly with regard to employment arrangements.

  7. STEP 07Post-employment support

During the period of dispatch, our staff in charge of this will regularly visit the organization and conduct interviews on matters, such as problems in the workplace, and ensure a pleasant working environment.

Those who start to work through the Introduction will be able to continuously use our system.
